It consists of ten apartments, all facing the south direction towards the sea. There are three main materials applied on Willa Lazur facades: white plaster, natural colour wood panels and patinated copper sheet. The geometric diversity of the building and its materials resolve in light proportions and esthetic smoothness of the structure. Willa Lazur TECU patina copper sheet cladding is a horizontal single welt system, using 430mm x 3000mm sheets. The substructure consists of movable fantons, aluminium frames, ply panel OSB 18mm, double ventilation void protected by a perforated sheet metal.
